This drawing is governed by and shall be run consistent with the Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance Act, December 10, 1988. Any representations in violation thereof are strictly forbidden.

To enter the drawing, participants must complete a pledge for, although no contribution is necessary. Participants are only eligible to win one prize through the 2009 campaign drawing, and must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Members of the staff and Board of Directors of United Way of Linn County or United Way of Benton & Lincoln Counties and their immediate families are not eligible. 

Eligible forms must complete and include the participant’s name, address and telephone number. The form must be returned to United Way by January 20, 2010 at 5:00pm. 

The drawing will be held February 26, 2010, at 8:30 am, at United Way of Benton & Lincoln Counties, 2306 NW Kings Blvd, Corvallis, OR . You need not be present to win. Proper identification will be required upon presentation of the prizes. The winners, by entering their names, agree that United Way may use their names and/or photographs for publicity purposes upon acceptance of the prizes.

No cash equivalent will be provided in lieu of receipt of the prizes.

Winners will be required to pay title transfer costs and any/all applicable taxes relating to the transaction, including but not limited to federal and state income taxes. Additional costs for the resort stays include round-trip transportation from your city to Central Oregon , taxes, gratuities and any items of personal nature (beverages, gifts, etc.). Reservations must be booked 1 month prior to your stay, and travel must be completed by September 1, 2010. Certain blackout dates are applicable. Additional costs for the security alarm include monthly monitoring.

The winners will be required to sign a release and hold harmless agreement in favor of MC Electric Cars, ZENN Cars, Sunriver Resort, United Way of Linn County, United Way of Benton & Lincoln Counties, and their respective agents and employees.
